Given the title, it is clearly not going to be a smooth trip to the airport, and all manner of madness ensues—runaway Ferris wheels, swarms of angry bees, a police helicopter chase, and friendly aliens who return a bar of soap. Jolivet’s vibrant illustrations spill off the pages and invite readers to try to find silly details everywhere and predict what will happen next.
